ho visto anche il sito, molto belle le foto, anche considerando le condizioni climatiche.
Da quello che ho visto, la sezione concept cars non era molto ricca: la 907 ha vinto facilmente.
Quali sono le tue impressioni? Quali auto ti hanno colpito di più?

Giove pluvio era veramente in..zzato nero domenica scorsa.
La cosa negativa del "Villa d'Este" di quest'anno é stata proprio l'impreparazione totale alla pioggia.
Alcune auto in concorso (ndr la Ferrari 212 pluripremiata che non si é proprio vista!) hanno preferito non partecipare alla giornata di domenica proprio per il tempo pessimo; i prototipi piu' interessanti sono stati coperti dai teloni per tutto il tempo di esposizione (la tenuta all'acqua sui prototipi a quanto pare non é un aspetto molto considerato dai progettisti), e l'eccezionale stand di Pininfarina era praticamente una distesa di bianchi sudari, impossibili da decifrare...

Ma dico io, costava tanto compare quattro gazebo da 10 euro l'uno e piazzarci sotto le macchine, oppure spostare le macchine all'interno del palazzo esposizioni di Villa Erba?

Come dici tu, la categoria prototipi era un po' scarsa quest'anno. L'unico veramente interessante (ma non inedito) era la Bertone Villa, e in misura minore la Peugeot 907. Per il resto ho visto una Nissan Qashqai con evidenti problemi meccanici, che non riusciva a posteggiare e sembrava dovesse cascare (gioco di parole!) a pezzi dal un momento all'altro dal rumore che faceva lo sterzo.
Una mini extralunga pickup di castagna (orripilante), e il resto inesorabilmente sotto i teloni.


Comunque una cosa positiva la pioggia l'ha fatta: l'affluenza di pubblico é stata veramente scarsa, e questo mi ha permesso di osservare e fotografare tutte le auto con calma e senza aspettare ore prima di avere campo libero...

Ah, un'altra cosa: l'organizzazione ha fatto una cosa intelligente per contrastare la pioggia... Regalava dei bellissimi ombrelli firmati "Villa D'Este" (un po' pochini peró). Io sono riuscito ad accaparrarmene uno che sfoggeró nelle uscite con la mia auto d'epoca (fiat 500)

beh questo almeno rimarrà come un bel ricordo e soprattutto da un tocco di esclusività non da poco!

molto bella anche la Canguro, avevo cercato delle foto in passato ma queste sono molto migliori

A proposito della pioggia e delle concept, la Bertone Villa, quando l'avevo vista a Ginevra, mi aveva proprio lasciato perplesso per l'apertura delle porte... in caso di pioggia l'auto si allaga. Ma eviedentemente anche da chiuse non è che offrano molta tenuta

spero che un giorno avrò nel garage una Flaminia Zagato, magari in versione Super Sport. Con tutto il rispetto per la Lancia preguerra (e la Thesis) ma questa è la più elegante di tutte ... un capolavoro.
