Sources say Shannen donated $15,000 to the Parkinson's Foundation to test drive the Maserati for 3 months. At the end of the period she has the option to buy the car which costs $130,000 or return the vehicle knowing that her non-refundable $15,000 will be put to good use fighting Parkinson's Disease.
