non è propriamente una show car, è esattamente una Q7 (il marchio VW è + forte di audi x ora in china) rimarchiata...(ha anche i medesimi codici colore e ricambio) che probabilmente verrà venduta sui mercati far east , usa e poi forse arriverà da noi.

Mmmm, dubito arriverà da noi. Per essere venduta in Australasia, cos'ha che non va?

memphis e' esattamente come Touareg/Cayenne...questa Neeza condivide il corpo vettura e la meccanica con Q7...credo che sono prioritari mercati come Cina e USA perchi li questo tipo di veicoli e' piu' richiesto in Europa la richiesta e' gia' bassa molte volte quando il marchio e' premium vedere classe R figurati su un marchio generalista come VW..comunque sembra che arrivera' anche in europa...e come ho detto Neeza e' la cosidetta Savannah...ma come il solito la stampa tedesca si confonde..

Su Golf il discorso è diverso, non guadagnano quanto vorrebbero per ogni vettura venduta. Ma da qui a dire che ci perdono, Taurus, ce ne passa...

VW non è Smart, ed il successo Audi non è caduto dal cielo: con meno tradizione di altri, Audi si è fatta un nome a partire dal modello 80 che era il primo a garantire la carrozzeria contro la corrosione, tanto per farti un esempio. Ti rammento anche che il primo diesel moderno equipotente al benzina è VW (Golf II 1.6 GTD), la prima 4WD nei rally (Audi Quattro)... Cioè, qui si augura la caduta di una Casa che ha sempre fatto del bene all'industria automobilistica. Stimolando anche la concorrenza adagiata sugli allori dei fasti passati.

E cmq, per tornare IT, questa concept è una show car sviluppata in Cina per il Salone di Pechino. E subito tutti pronti "ma che modello è", "ma cosa serve"...

Sai qualcosa i maggiori profiti Audi li fa in Cina...da li vengono maggiormente i suoi profiti...in europa le cose sono positivea livello di vendite ma non cosi' a livello di profiti...e poi ci sono gli stati uniti dove Audi ha perso negli ultimi anni anche per grandi richiami cifre oltre ogni aspettativa....e solo la Q7 puo' cambiare la situazione li...

Questo modello come ho detto 1000 volte e' un caso tipo Touareg/Cayenne una Q7 in versione VW....esattamente come Cayenne e' la versione Porsche di Touareg...dunque stesso corpo vettura e meccanica personalizzato l'interno e ristilizzati frontale e posteriore...

Be'sicuramente e' meno panzer della Q7...se avesse avuto un frontale piu' VW moderno sarebbe meno anonimo.

On the world premiere of the Neeza: Visually, the self-confident mid-sized Neeza model – conceptually a crossover of a coupé and a station wagon – pays its respects to the off-road and sports car world; nevertheless, the Volkswagen designed for China in China convinces with features suitable for everyday use. An all-round talent unifying Chinese and German automotive expertise in a new car generation. The concept opens the window to the future of new models from Shanghai Volkswagen. The culture, the individual taste and the desires of Chinese customers will become an integral component of car development in the design of these cars. An example of exterior design: Here the Neeza demonstrates a completely new symbiosis of Asian SVW design and German Volkswagen design philosophy.

The name Neeza was derived from "Ne-zha". Ne-zha is a celebrated figure from Chinese history. Ne-zha was a small boy with magic weapons who fought against evil spirits. His unequalled will, his youthful and foresighted spirit and courage reflect the idea hidden behind the character and the name of the concept.

This morning, Shanghai Volkswagen revealed the Volkswagen Neeza concept at the Beijing Motor Show. Looking exactly as we expected it to after seeing the advanced renderings and sketches released earlier this month, VW calls the bright red concept a "cross between a sport coupe and an estate with an off-road appearance." The "sport coupe" part of the description is a total reach. This is a wagon, through and through, regardless of what the PR boilerplate says.

And as wagons go, it's quite fetching -- no surprise, given that Volkswagen already produces a handsome Passat estate. Sitting on what looks like an Audi Allroad-height suspension, the Neeza sports unique fascias that showcase restyled head and taillights while still clearly evoking the aforementioned Passat. Note that the shape of the projector/turn signal assembly inside the reshaped lens up front retains the look of the corporate headlights we see on the automaker's current lineup. The grille incorporates some traditional Chinese window etching design elements, but is actually a throwback in that it doesn't have the full-shield look other VWs have today. If you're wondering where you've seen that familiar-looking thick D-pillar, pull up some shots of the Audi Q7 and wait for the light bulb to appear over your head. In summary, the outside of the car looks quite good, even though you feel like you've seen it all before.

Suicide doors offer a great view into the land-of-make-believe concept cabin with its neat read seats, blue lighting, enormous glass panoramic roof, and all-in-one radio/nav/phone/organizer/etc. control interface.

Fortunately, the car's press release explains that the name Neeza is taken from a mystical historic figure, otherwise we'd have thought it was Chinese for "spiffily restyled Passat with doors that'll never see the light of day."

SHANGHAI VOLKSWAGEN PRESENTS NEEZA CONCEPT CAR

Shanghai Volkswagen has today revealed the Neeza concept car at the Beijing International Automotive Exhibition.

The Neeza concept is a crossover between a sports coupé and an estate with an off-road appearance, and has been designed in China for China. The study combines Chinese and German design philosophies, signifying the future of new models from Shanghai Volkswagen. Produced with Chinese culture, tastes and requirements firmly in mind, it is a mix of traditional Chinese and modern European features.

The off-road look of the Neeza concept reflects the versatility of the model. The front of the concept features a grille and bumper design that is typically Volkswagen, yet traditional Chinese window engravings are incorporated into the grille design. The rear looks sporty, yet is also functional.

The Neeza concept offers a large, functional interior for both business and leisure purposes. The design is open with optimal comfort in mind, for example, the front seats swivel so passengers can face each other. Access to rear seating is simplified by rear doors which open towards the rear, while a large panoramic roof provides a bright interior.

The concept intentionally has neither a radio, navigation system nor other form of infotainment equipment. Instead a 'Magic Box' serves as an interface for radio and navigation systems, mobile phone, personal organiser and other devices.

The name Neeza originates from 'Ne-zha', the name of a famous and mystical figure from Chinese history who had magical weapons and fought evil spirits.
