Secondo la legge vigente non fanno neanche i controlli. Dovranno essere pubblicati i decreti attuativi, che dovrebbero includere l'esclusione per chi certifica uso medico, se no la legge non entra in vigore.

I decreti attuativi sono previsti certamente per il blocco alcool test, ma non mi risulta anche per l'art. 187
