Announcing new HYBRID Technology PEUGEOT is introducing new hybrid technology with MHEV 48v and we will have a strong roll out in this year with 208, 2008, 308, 3008, 5008 and 408. The PEUGEOT Hybrid 48V system consists of a new-generation 100hp or 136hp PureTech petrol engine, coupled to an unprecedented 6-speed electrified dual-clutch gearbox (E-DCS6) which incorporates an electric motor (21 kW). Thanks to a battery that recharges while driving, this technology offers increased low-end torque and a 15% reduction in fuel consumption (from 126g of CO2/km in 3008). In urban driving, a C-segment SUV equipped with the HYBRID system can thus operate more than 50% of the time in 100% zero-emission electric mode. It also allows you to drive in zero emission mode in urban use

[LATAM] STELLANTIS BIO-HYBRID: MHEV 12, MHEV 48V e-DCT, PHEV, BEV Powertrains

Stando a quanto racconta Autossegredos e più volte accennato anche da qualche dirigente di Stellantis LATAM a breve dovrebbero debuttare le prime motorizzazioni ibride per il mercato Sud Americano. Il primo a debuttare sarà un motore MHEV sulla Fastback nel 2025, mentre nel 2026 debutterà il motore HEV e nel 2027 il primo motore Plugin prodotto in Sud America. Il sistema Mild Hybrid Stellantis 12V – 48V avrà un motore elettrico con una capacità compresa tra 5 e 20 kW e la batteria sarà da 1 kWh. L'obiettivo del marchio è ridurre la CO2 dal 7% al 20%. Il sistema ibrido convenzionale (100V – 150V) avrà motori elettrici con una potenza di 20 – 40 kW e una batteria con una capacità di 1-2 kW. In questo caso, Stellantis stima che la riduzione di CO2 potrebbe essere del 20%-30%. Il Plug In Hybrid Stellantis (300V – 400V) prodotto localmente avrà un motore elettrico da 50 kW e batterie da 10 – 15 kWh. Per questo tipo di tecnologia la riduzione di CO2 è compresa tra il 50% e il 60%. Infine, i modelli Full Electric (400V) avranno un motore elettrico da 50 kW e una batteria da 40 kWh per ridurre del 100% le emissioni di CO2.
