    Ciao a tutti! Oggi è stata recapitata a mia mamma () una multa per sosta vietata a Roma. Premetto che abitiamo nella provincia di Caserta e che mia mamma utilizza l'auto quasi esclusivamente per recarsi al lavoro (nel nostro Comune di residenza) e, comunque, sono certa che in quella data non era a Roma! Nel verbale è riportata la targa e la dicitura "FIAT AUTO SPA 1, AUTOVETTURA", senza specificare il modello (Grande Punto)! Come posso difendermi? Grazie Laura
