    Allora ho intenzione di acquistare un'auto da privato usata. Il passaggio è a suo carico e sarà fatto presso l'ACI. volevo chiedere l'auto è garantita, cioè in caso di guasto del motore il venditore deve rimborsarmi se la colpa è sua perchè ha omesso dei dettagli. Oppure posso far firmare un atto dove mi faccio garantire per un anno che l'auto non darà problemi meccanici e lo faccio firmare da lui? ceh mi chiedi l'atto poi sarebbe valido per rivalermi in futuro per eventuali problemi?
