What are the differences between the F140 and F141 V12 engines? I presume the F141 will be tuned for street use, with more low end torque? Will it be made out of cheaper / slightly heavier materials?

Exactly. The CAD model is of very low quality, and has certainly not been made with the type of programme used by car manufacturers (such as Alias). Not only that, but the proposal is far to expensive for a 'facelift', with too many panels being different... I think that the upcoming Alfa Romeo GT facelift will provide some clues as to some of the detailing on Progetto 940.
