We can see a 75 at the back of the first picture, with a side strip at the bottom of the body. I just can guess but it was probably in 1982-1983. Again I'm guessing but in that period they could only adopt the design of 156 to the new T4 platform. I think the proposal from Pininfarina was not ready yet.

Paolo, the first 3 photos show the static car in the same position, look at he angle of the front wheels, it's the same. At the last two photos the front wheels were straight, but the position of the car on the road looks the same as the previous pictures. To me the car looks static

I think it is 154, the front overhang is obviously from the front wheel drive car. And the engine line is very low, following the low height of boxer architecture and sub-horizontal placement of L4. Thank you Paolo!

Paolo, just my 2 cents... My thoughts How could IDeA present the complete design (1:1 model) of 155 in a such short period of time (February-March 1987)? I think the design of 155 was almost the same as 434 by IDeA. The wheel base of 434 was 2600mm (Tipo 3 - 2540), the front overhang 900 (Tipo 3 - 960), the rear overhang 850mm (Tipo 3 - 943). Probably the task of De Silva was to work with FIAT/IDeA and Alfa and adopt the 434 design to Tipo 3 platform? And even in the Chirico book the shape of the 433-434 at the drawings is very similar to 155 and to the photos posted above P.S. Finmeccanica announced that FIAT won over Ford on November 6, 1986 De Silva had the interview with Eugenio Alzati (CEO of Alfa Romeo) in the Autumn of 1986 (probably late October?) De Silva officially became the Manager of Centro Stile on December 1, 1986 FIAT "bought" Alfa Romeo on December 31, 1986

Paolo, we know that Busso dreamed about FWD, the 152, which eventually became 433/434. The AR management obviously wanted Tipo 2/3! This is the strategic plan from 1980 that was accepted by IRI. Starting from 1983 all Alfa Nord models (except Alfa 6) supposed to have the 152 Front Wheel Drive platform, which later became the 433/434 - single platform for the Nord and Sud models.

To be honest I think during the backstage they had divide cars by the projects to avoid any confusion, or provide project codes in the slides. It is 105.68 by Centro Stile. Also at the backstage the Nuova SS project (105.55) was mentioned as well. Bertone proposed 2 variants of the design 1. Future Montreal 2. SS Testudo

The cars are from pre Alfasud era. The small berlina completely changed production plans of AR, the model/engine gamma was pushed one step up. It is because of the Alfasud the AR management decided to create V6 (2.2 and 2.5), to move V8 from 2.2 to 2.6 and create 2.0 L4. We are looking at three different projects here: 1. 1750-1900 Coupe 4 posti (105.68) The proposal that Paolo posted is from Centro Stile. It supposed to be a big 4 seater coupe (2510mm wheelbase) one step above Giulia GT. This was planned for 1971 (1750) and 1972 (1900) but was cancelled in 1969. At this point AR decided to continue production of Giulia GT (1300 and 1750), add new 1950cc engine at the end of 1970. The plan was to stop manufacturing of Giulia GT in 1972 and substitute it by 116 Coupe This one was done by Ital Design 2. Early proposal of 116 Coupe by Ital Design. The 116 Coupe was planned with 1750 and 1950 engines. 1360cc engine was designed for 116 Berlina (Alfetta) only. 3. I am not sure if it was a proposal for 116 Berlina. Dependson the year of the proposal. In 1967-1968 the 118 model was planned with 1900-2000 engine. Alfetta was planned as direct replacement of Giulia with 1360-1600 engines.

Guys, in my province, Alberta, Canada, stationary speed cameras are prohibited by the provincial government. They are considered a "cash cows". Now we have speed cameras on the special marked cars in the designated zones only. But they are prohibited at ring roads, in the zones with a speed limit lower than 50 km/h, etc. The municipalities every year should provide a proof that such cameras increase the safety. The amount of cameras is limited, municipalities can't install new cameras or upgrade equipment. This is how our cameras look like, they are visible to everyone. Drivers should be aware of them Remember, till early 70s speed limits on the highways were not existed. They were implemented not because of the safety but to limit fuel consumption during the oil crisis period. In one of the QR's from 60s was a short article that speed limits in the cities increased incidents rate and traffic congestions. Speed doesn't kill!

And it's happened mostly because of the sanctions to Russia. Chinese cars now represents 51.4% of the Russian market. All EU/Japanese/South Korean manufacturers closed factories in Russia, and Russian government opened the market to Chinese companies. Among all cars imported to Russia (new and second hand), Chinese cars represent 38.6%, in 4 quarter of 2023 - 46%. By approximate calculations in 2023 Russia imported about 550-600k cars (about 120k in 2022) from China (not including trucks and buses).

As I understand the Brezza project has not been pushed to the advanced stage and was cancelled at the stage of the prototype development. I don't think that the serial car could be at this stage. I think Brezza supposed to be RWD but the red mock up - FWD. The overall design of the red mockup makes me think about the project that Zbigniew Maurer described in the article. And I think it also related to 147 Spider Zagato https://www.speedholics.com/post/against-all-odds-alfa-romeo-new-spider-duetto-project-938

[Mai Nate] Prototipi Lancia mai realizzati
max_pershin ha risposto a PaoloGTC in Automobili Mai Nate
I would say it was done in late 60s, probably 68-69. It has some design similarities with Alfa 118 proposal from Pininfarina. Also I think by the proportions we can see that the car supposed to be RWD. Probably Flaminia based. For some reason Ghia proposed Flaminia based coupe (Lancia Marcia) in 1969. Probably Lancia wanted develop the Flaminia platform but then switched to FWD project (Gamma)- 1370 risposte
