Capricorn unveils new ultra-driver-focused mid-engined rear-wheel-drive hypercar – the capricorn 01 Zagato capricorngroup.official (capricorn), the German-based industry leader in automotive and motorsport lightweight technology, has today unveiled the first limited-edition hypercar to carry the company’s name. The world’s first hypercar to feature a body designed by zagato1919, the capricorn 01 Zagato is a mid-engined, rear-wheel-drive hypercar, engineered and handbuilt by capricorn in Germany to deliver a pure, immersive, analog driving experience. The capricorn 01 Zagato prioritizes lightweight technology and purity of driving over excessive horsepower. A 5.2-liter supercharged V8 engine produces 900+PS (subject to final homologation results) and 1,000 Nm of torque. Featuring LMP1-type carbon fiber structure and carbon fiber body, the Capricorn 01 Zagato weighs less than 1,200 kg, ensuring an excellent power-to-weight ratio, exceptional agility, and a 0-62mph acceleration time of less than 3.0 seconds. Production of the capricorn 01 Zagato will be strictly limited to a run of just 19 coupes as a tribute to Zagato’s founding year, 1919. This number holds particular significance for the design house and serves as a nod to its history of creating highly sought-after, ultra-limited, collectible cars.

Vittori to Unveil First Hypercar in Miami on October 4, 2025 Developed with Pininfarina; AI-assisted design; titanium 3D-printed components; hybrid powertrain targeting 1,100 hp Vittori, a new hypercar company, will unveil its first model on October 4, 2025 in Miami at a private, invite-only event. The running concept car was developed in collaboration with Pininfarina, the legendary Italian studio behind icons for Ferrari and Maserati. The concept previews Vittori’s engineering approach: AI-assisted design, lightweight construction with titanium 3D-printed components and advanced composites. Power comes from a hybrid system pairing a high-performance internal-combustion engine with electric motors and a high-voltage battery pack, targeting 1,100 horsepower.   12. It will be interesting to see if Ferrari increases the battery voltage on this SF90M compared to the previous one. That car had the potential for 1,200 hp but lacked the voltage to achieve it. (I saw this in a Harry's Garage video.) With the return of physical buttons and a new design, and a slight engine revision this new SF90M could be a real weapon! Let's hope the new design is better that the current one.
