I don't remember, did I post it or no 33 3 volume. This 33 was in the last Alfa Romeo product plan. It could replace Giulietta niche.

Transaxle is only gearbox, it's not a platform with transaxle gearbox. So, for Ford: Segmento 3 - boxer 2l; 1991 new gearbox; Alfa/Ford which would based on new Ford platform. Ford wanted to use boxer engines for New Escort, like ARNA. Segmento 4 - only Sprtwagon by Pininfarina in 1986 and facelift fot 75 in 1989. In this segment they planed to use Mondeo platform from 1993 and Ford 16 valve engines! Segmento 5 - Station wagon for 164 in two variants for Alfa and Ford. Since 1994 they wanted abandon Scorpio platform and used to modified 164 platform for Ford and Alfa. This new Alfa wold be very similar to 166.

In any case Alfa Romeo will be with Front wheel drive. Domenico Chirico wrote about it in his book and even with a more then three marketing plans for Alfa (alone, with Ford, with FIAT). But question isn't in front wheel drive, but how this conception is realizing. This is real drawing of FWD Alfa Romeo dated 01/04/1975, twelve years before FIAT

Paolo, I think your designs are belong to V10 Coupe. Proportions of car look like the rear wheel drive. And very long bonnet for bid engine. What's the origin of designs? CS?

The origin of Super Spider's drawing is from Centro Stile AR. I don't know nothing about maquette.
