    I believe that Maserati should focus on peak performance and extreme luxury like Bentley. For example, in the 1950s, it released the 5000GT, which had a top speed of over 270 km/h. Although only 34 units were sold, the brand's popularity grew and helped sell hundreds of the 3500GT and 4000GT.The same with the quattroporte, which had pioneering comfort for its time (1963) and performance that matched extreme sports models of the 60s.

    I never understood why the 1.75 engine was discontinued, it could have been upgraded and be better than the current 2.0 of Alfa Romeo. Besides, a smaller capacity engine is preferred by customers for tax reasons.
