  1. According to italpassion, a new model will be presented in 2026 and it will be neither the Stelvio nor the Giulia. https://www.italpassion.fr/alfa-romeo/une-nouvelle-alfa-romeo-pour-2026-et-ce-nest-ni-la-giulia-ni-le-stelvio/#google_vignette
  2. The Stla Medium platform is poor in passenger protection if you consider that the 2005 platform-based Tonale achieved 83% in passenger protection compared to the Peugeot's 82%.I also notice that all previous PSA models with the CMP platform have mediocre crash test performance.
  3. This is an article from CarMagazine where an Alfa Romeo executive hints that the V6 will remain in the new generation. https://www.carmagazine.co.uk/car-news/industry-news/alfa-romeo/future-of-quadrifoglio/ https://www.carmagazine.co.uk/spy-shots/alfa-romeo/stelvio/
  4. The Fiat Grande Panda in France has better equipment in the basic version at the same price than other markets. https://www.italpassion.fr/en/fiat/low-end-fiat-grande-panda-better-equipped-in-france-than-in-other-countries-for-the-same-price/
  5. In America, there is also a 2.0l with 36k available, the same as the Giulia. If they bring it to Europe, sales will probably increase.
  6. Will it be electric only like the DS N8?
  7. This is a quote from Italpassion which says that in 2025 the tonale will be radically renewed with changes in appearance. Do you know anything about this? https://www.italpassion.fr/en/alfa-romeo/alfa-romeo-tonale-restyling-planned-for-mid-danuary-2025/

Too bad, it could have been an interesting car like the old aristocratic Lancias rather than a French mediocrity

I don't understand why they weren't built on an enlarged platform of the electric 500 and produced together in Mirafiori?

Does anyone know if there will be a version with an Italian engine like the Fiat Firefly?
  13. Whatever the new models are, I hope they have Italian engines and are produced in Italy. Also, a 60k sports car like the 90s GTV & Spider would be nice for the brand's image.
  14. I believe that Maserati should focus on peak performance and extreme luxury like Bentley. For example, in the 1950s, it released the 5000GT, which had a top speed of over 270 km/h. Although only 34 units were sold, the brand's popularity grew and helped sell hundreds of the 3500GT and 4000GT.The same with the quattroporte, which had pioneering comfort for its time (1963) and performance that matched extreme sports models of the 60s.
  15. I never understood why the 1.75 engine was discontinued, it could have been upgraded and be better than the current 2.0 of Alfa Romeo. Besides, a smaller capacity engine is preferred by customers for tax reasons.
