And how many Grand Cherokees? Contrary to what @lukka1982said, based from what I've gathered Dodge will abandon LX and will focus on their own fork of Giorgio platform which internally is bearing a very interesting name. It should provide these E-segment models. And for sure there will be additional Dodge entry level model. I can not say more although I know all technicalities, production site and start of production date. It's on FCA platform.

3 billions? It can't be. Even the all new factory for the WL75 and WL74 didn't cost that much. It was $1.6 billion which is around €1.3 billion. Redeveloping JNAP from a WK2 (Mercedes ML) platform to a Giorgio Global will cost $900 million which is around €740 million. So combined investment for 2 plants was around €2 billion euros. So @GinaCostanza76got something wrong or he brought something more into calculations.

I can say that Manley has blessed Attack Of The Clones on FCA platforms. I can not say which products but we should see more products on Small Wide and Giorgio. Lo stabilimento Teksid Aluminum Carmagnola produce tutte le teste cilindri e i basamenti motore del nuovissimo motore FCA, conosciuto con il nome commerciale FIREFLY, per tutte le applicazioni del mercato EMEA. Entro il 2021 la capacità installata in Teksid Aluminum - Stabilimento di Carmagnola sarà pari ad 800.000 motori/anno per un investimento totale superiore a 120 M€. La produzione in Teksid Aluminum - Stabilimento di Carmagnola è iniziata nell'aprile 2018 e rappresenta un importante e significativo passo tecnologico per uno stabilimento che, con più di 9 milioni di teste cilindri e basamenti motore prodotti negli ultimi 5 anni, è da sempre considerato come una delle migliori fonderie di alluminio in Europa. Il basamento motore FIREFLY viene prodotto con tecnologia di colata in alta pressione. Le canne cilindri sono co-fuse ( il rivestimento in alluminio della superficie esterna della canna permette di ottenere un legame ottimale con l'alluminio del basamento motore) e dopo la fase di tranciatura e trattamento termico T5, il basamento viene lavorato e testato (circuiti acqua, olio bassa pressione e alta pressione): si tratta di una lavorazione di supercubatura che prevede, oltre alla normale cubatura del getto, anche alcune lavorazioni di finitura. Renault had issue with sales mix. Too much lower end trim levels, too much B segment cars. C segment cars like Kadjar and Scenic were market failures.
