Yes, sorry, you are right. It has proportions of the car with front engine and rear wheel drive. With a space for the engine at the front (look at the distance between end of the front arch and A-pillar), position of the rear axle (no space for the engine there) and rear overhang to accommodate mufflers and diffusor. It has proportions of the the car with front central engine and rear wheel drive.

At some point of time (at the early 80s if I/m not mistaken), all cars were homologated with pretty bad acceleration performances. I suspect that the cars were tested with a full load. As an example is Thema 8.32, with 1km in 30.18 sec or 2.0 Turbo in 30.075 sec.

As I understand almost all design projects (from Cinquecento to Dialogos) in FIAT world of the 90's were managed by Ermanno Cressoni. The door inserts should be made from the same material as seats. For instance if the seats cloth is made from the oceanic garbage and plastic bottles collected by drug addicted homeless, the door panels and inserts should be made from the same material. P.S. What happened with cars for everyday people with cloth from Zegna or Missoni? Even Alfa 145 and Tipo had a full leather option with door panels made from natural leather

@PaoloGTC it was from the Spada book. This design was much more real than we think. I think below is a sketch from Cento Stile FIAT 1983 The Tipo 3 aerodynamic research (with Cx 0.18) was closed in 1984. It is a weird coincidence and probably the decision to close the project was connected with a transfer of all Tipo 2-3 models to I.De.A. It also explains why aerodynamic prototypes disappeared and it might be the reason for the changing of the project number from 158 to 160.

The 25 years old CEO of the Fioravanti should learn how to drive. Sometimes I wonder if I would want to work with individuals like Imparato, Tavares, or even Trump. Would I want them as colleagues, managers, or would I consider hiring them? To be honest, they would not pass an interview if I were the hiring manager. I would raise concerns with HR about their behavior, particularly their tendency to lie consistently. These are individuals I find it difficult to trust, even based solely on their appearance.

It looks to me that VW sold the right to use Audi name to the Chinese manufacturer. Something similar to the retail market, when Benetton, Nautica, Reebok, Ralph Lauren, Polo, Eddie Bauer, etc. give the right to use their brand to some chinese manufacturers and sell the product in retail stores as Walmart or Costco.
