...forse Tu non hai mai guidato una macchina con cruise control intelligente in combinazione con lane assist intelligente. Alla fase iniziale non ha cambiato niente: Tu hai inserito il cruise, diciamo a 130, la macchina si avvicina ad una macchina davanti di te con forse 110 - se hai solo tempomat intellegente poi la tua macchina ad un certo punto toglie gas oppure frena per mantenere la distanza di sicurezza e poi la tua macchina segue l'altra con 110. Se hai in questa situazione anche un lane assist intelligente, poi la macchina, prima di frenare controllo se la corsia a sinistra e libera e in caso di si, ti chiede se deve sorpassare. in una Mercedes o Taycan, per dire "si" si conferma questo con la leva della freccia - nella G60 hai addizionale per questa possibilita anche quella con eye tracking, questo e tutto. La telecamera è comunque lì per il sistema di segnalazione di sonnolenza, cosi questa uso addizionale della camera non e un rocket science.

si, come scritto, anche possibile cosi..ma dal punto di vista guida autonoma level 2+ "hands free" devi avere un'altra soluzione che in caso della BMW e questo eye-tracking. In competizione con le cinesi di Nio e Xpeng devi avere questi gadgets, che naturalmente fra poco avra anche una BYD o Geely nelle classe inferiore. E poi tutto questo è solo la fase preliminare per level 3 (domanda della omologazione, al momento solo classe S, in autunno anche G70, prossimo anno forse anche G60). ..non e diverso, questo funziona del level 2 e indipendente del propulsore e anche indipendente della NCAR, sopratutto sotto l'aspetto, che i modelli dei primi anni della Ncar tutti sono della classe piccola oppure inferiore. fino iul primo modello della classe business su Ncar durera un bel po'. .si verissimo...ma da questo punto di vista tutti questi Adas stupidi sono superflui...

Problema principale, almeno qui in Germania e, che quasi non trovi piu un esemplare in stato originale, la maggior parte delle Coupe turbo (valido anche per le 16VT) ha cambiato propritario molto spesso, tutti assetto piu basso, distanziali, cerchi piu grandi, spoiler, rimappatura ecc. ecc....quelli poi ti danno problemi senza fine, questa e sicuro. Secondo la KBA in Germania ci sono ancora in circolazione ca. 700 20VT, secondo me di questi sicuramente non piu di 100 - 150 sono in stato originale/serie. Ma senza cambiamenti/tuning la macchina secondo me e affidabile, la mia con la sua adesso ca. 170.000Km l'estate scorso ha fatta un giro Route Napoleon/Grandes Alpes, Provenza/Camargue, 4000km in due settimane con grande sottisfazione e senza nessun problema. Col de Iseran, La Bonette oppure Gorges du Verdon, Gorges de Daluis .... e solo FUN con questa macchina.

...boh..ha la mia 20VT da 23 anni, ma ecetto manutenzione annuale e cambia cighia dentata molto costoso ogni 5 anni alla mia no e rotto niente, due cuscinette del retrotreno, un fendinebbia per un sasso..qualche scricchioli si..e una Fiat , ma niente che non funziona. Gioia di guida anche oggi, rombo del 5cil insuperata, potenza, coppia, consumo basso, grazie il cambio 6m anche abbastanza silenzioso su autostrada, con il viscodrive anche buona trazione su bagnato, conforto del assetto discreto, si vero, qui auto moderne sono molto migliore.

...non sei mai stato in un paesino montanaro a Tirolo quando gli olandesi hanno ferie per sciare mi sembra...poi quasi 50% delle macchine in paese sono Tesla...😂

BERLIN -- Mercedes-Benz will favor "technically superior" electric motors over combustion engines powered by e-fuels, CEO Ola Kallenius told a German newspaper. Kallenius reaffirmed the company's plans to develop electric-only vehicle architectures. "We already said four years ago that our new vehicle fleet across the entire value chain should become CO2-neutral in balance sheet terms by 2039," he told the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. "That is our goal." Kallenius cited the advantages of EVs in power efficiency, which he called "sensationally good" and drew attention to the zero-emission factor, which said e-fuel vehicles cannot match. "The electric car is still a young technology compared to the combustion engine," Kallenius added. "We still see great potential for progress: the electric drive will overtake the internal combustion engine in terms of performance before the end of this decade." Kallenius said the automaker is still working on making ICEs fit for the new Euro 7 emissions standard, but added that by 2026, Mercedes will have reduced investment in ICEs by around 80 percent. China will be the last market where ICEs are available and only as a plug-in hybrid variant developed in partnership with Geely. High-end cars Kallenius also reiterated plans to concentrate the company's growth strategy at the high end of the market while also offering entry-level vehicles and focusing on sustainability. "The new technology we are developing for our luxury models to ensure ecological sustainability will also be used in other cars at some point in the future," he told the paper. "And do not forget that our cars last longer. That is also a contribution to sustainability." When asked about the recent price cut Mercedes made to its electric flagship EQS in China, Kallenius noted the price was higher than in other markets to begin with. "We were a bit too optimistic there," he said. "Now we have adjusted the price accordingly." Charging challenges Kallenius said the switch to electric cars is coming faster than expected, but added charging infrastructure and sufficient supplies of green electricity were still required. "The charging infrastructure must be expanded as quickly as possible, and we must do everything we can to promote the generation of green electricity," he said. "We will take care of the product--the electric vehicles." He pointed to an additional critical element for which a strategy is needed--raw materials in general and lithium in particular, calling it "the new petroleum." "Building capacity in lithium mining and processing is a gigantic industrial undertaking," he said. "These raw materials will not all be mined in Europe. For that, we need trade agreements with Canada, South America and Australia. That is where government support is needed." When asked about Mercedes' "modest" stock market value despite record profits, Kallenius defended the company, noting the capital market is watching to see if the automaker will manage the transformation to electric cars while maintaining its profitability and financial strength. "Mercedes does not get a start-up bonus from the stock market, even though we are actually a start-up, just one that is 137 years old," he said. "We need staying power and have to implement our strategy step by step. We are in the decade of transformation. Mercedes has to prove itself." When it was pointed out to him that Porsche is also an established automaker and yet a star on the stock market, Kallenius simply offered his congratulations to the company and noted if you can achieve higher profit margins as a luxury manufacturer, then you achieve higher valuations on the stock market. Renault detailed the new software architecture of its future vehicles which it said will be on par by 2026 with that of electric-vehicle industry leader Tesla. The French company, like most automakers, has been living for months under the threat of regular and drastic price cuts from its U.S.-based competitor. In France, the list price of the Tesla Model 3 now starts at the same level as the Renault Mégane electric, around 42,000 euros ($46,318). Renault CEO Luca de Meo acknowledged at a presentation that Tesla remains a "challenge in the short term," but he said his company will not engage in a price war on electric vehicles. "We do not want to do what we did in the past, we want to sell our cars, we do not want to give away our cars," Renault's head of engineering, Gilles Le Borgne, told journalists and analysts at the same event on Monday. A "software-defined vehicle" design will be at the heart of Renault's future electric-vehicle entity, called Ampere, the automaker said. Developed with Alphabet's Google and Qualcomm, it will considerably reduce complexity by allowing to have just 20 processors on board to run a car instead of the currently required 100. This will also allow for updates to be made remotely without touching the hardware. "This is similar with Tesla, in 2026 they are going to have the same approach, they have the same EV architecture approach," said Renault's chief digital officer, Frédéric Vincent. Le Borgne said: "In 2026, we will be at the level of Tesla" in software defined vehicles." l By making constant updates of driving and infotainment features possible, the architecture should improve the resale value of the cars, supporting the pricing power of the company, and avoid 1.5 billion euros of research & development (R&D) expenses in a decade. The total cost balance should nevertheless be neutral after taking into account the investment required for the new architecture and the price of the more advanced processors put aboard, Le Borgne said. The Flexevan electric van program for last-mile delivery will inaugurate Renault's new architecture around mid-2026, followed by the sporty Alpine brand and then by all models of the Renault brand.
