  1. Any time frame for the 500e update? And are you sure the Grande Panda Hybrid is coming late? The engine/transmission is available now in general.
  2. The German Motor1 tester is pretty disappointed by the driving characteristics: https://de.motor1.com/reviews/739903/alpine-a290-test-leistung-preise/ He loves the design, but gives only 6.5/10 points in contrast to the 9.0/10 of the R5: https://insideevs.de/reviews/736829/renault-5-electric-2024-test/
  3. 800 € for a > 40,000 € car is merely inflation, not a price hike. But it's not a reduction either. I don't think we see any strategy change by the new management (for Alfa, for EMEA) yet.
  4. pumadog ha risposto a FaGiO in MINI
The new base Minis are totally naked. You can‘t even pick a color. Try configuring. Edit: It seems like they pulled the prices down. Last time I checked the Aceman, you had to pick a 4000 € trim to get some decent options. Now you can start with the Classic Trim. I'd pick the SE (for 400 km range) with pack M and end up with 40,700 €. So quite cheaper than the Alfa Junior with Premium and Tech packs.
  5. They should give a visible signal for the hybrid/update. It’s five years old then. If not market it like a new generation.
  6. Compared the press release with the current price list from the German website. STLA marketing = Olivier François 😛 It's premium when you buy the premium package = speciale. 🙃 The entry level of the Mini Cooper doesn't feel premium and the entry level of the Mito was not premium either. It's more about the offered options. The Junior Ibrida is priced very sharply against similar equipped competitors like Ford Puma, VW T-Cross etc. Just the Elettrica is too expensive.
  7. I just saw that you had to spend 44,700 € for the 156 PS version before. So the entry price for that got 8,000 € cheaper. With less equipment of course. 136 PS EV is gone.
  8. Good update! In Germany, the ICE entry got 2,000 € cheaper, the BEV entry 4,000 € cheaper. 🥳 Every model has better door panels than the Polish CMPs …
  9. Stellantis is in a rather good position for the upcoming rules, compared to other European carmakers. But I expect price cuts (or special offers) for all the e-CMP and e-EMP cars for 2025. Also, Germany is likely to introduce some EV promotion again. Any news about the new BEV version of the 500?
  10. It's about the late-born electric version. That's too expensive and not really class competitive. For small-series productions other virtues may outweigh that.
  11. The electrified versions are too expensive and limited for mass market models. The reasons were discussed when the next QuattroPorte and Levante projects got stopped/changed to STLA large. Giorgio might have some benefits for sports cars.
  12. Where are the contradictions? Do they have to follow a "one car per year" rhythm forever? "E-Jet" could come out in 2027 as well.
  13. No surprise about the Tonale. Remember "Alfa Romeo is Alfa E-Romeo from 2027". Not possible with the current generation. Good they won't have a generation gap (to 2028 or 2029) again. So no changes with the Alfa plans (yet). And the final decision for the E-segment still to be made at the end of this year, according to an other interview.
  14. I prefer most possible colours to brand-exclusive colours. So the range is ok, 8 would be super. I like the blue/green. What I miss are more interior color/material options. I hope 1 or 2 are coming later, as Avenger and 600 have more than the Junior.
  15. Seems to be about some supplier's production, not directly the cars.
  16. Autodrive tech aside (where Tesla seems to be way behind Waymo and others) why such an impractical shape for a Taxi where only two people fit? It's not supposed to be a sports car …
  17. Strange construction site design theme. Somehow the Twizy looked better, only lacking real doors.
  18. Keep in mind that the Ibrida is not officially at the dealers yet. Only the Elettrica 156 are. It will be presented as a "preview" on the Paris Auto Show. But I agree that it was wise to have press tests with the 280 Veloce first. The first impression lasts.
  19. Full version price similar to e-C3, Red version much better equipped than the e-C3 base. For example 10.25" infotainment. Will they bring a poverty base later?
  20. The Petali wheels look pretty small and for me not better in real life. I'd chose the Fori wheels.
  21. If they stop selling ICE/MHEV Alfas in 2027, they also stop the current Tonale. Simple as that. What also plays a role: The Dodge Hornet isn't a big success. Only question is if Alfa will have one or two compact models on STLA medium.
