Scelte strategiche Groupe Renault
It's fascinating that these top managers have really bad portrait so often. Also at Stellantis with that fake aluminium background. What's so hard to get them photographed by a professional in a constant style?

Alfa Romeo - filosofia sul brand, sui modelli e sullo sviluppo
I think the handle is simple impractical or even unreachable for small persons in that high corner of the window of a 165 cm SUV. I‘m sure it‘s much better to reach on the Junior, let alone Giulietta. main problems are wheelbase and stance. I actually prefer the front of the production car to the concept, but it lost with the absence of alu/chrome frames.

Fiat -> FCA -> Stellantis - Filosofia su una holding multinazionale
Yes, I should have differentiated. But it's the end goal. I think currently there's no market or rules to aid disabled or elderly people with this. Either they are allowed to drive a car (maybe with physical help like a knob or hand-gas) or not. Who would pay for it as an 2–3,000 € extra? Who admits "my reaction, vision and/or vitality is too bad, I need it"? Or should carmakers build it in as standard to spread costs and make cars even more expensive?

Fiat -> FCA -> Stellantis - Filosofia su una holding multinazionale
I read it that they pause the program and don't implement it in the near future. But not that they completely stop it like hydrogen. A little bit logical since Alfa Stelvio and Giulia were supposed to introduce it. I think the most useful applications are self-driving taxis and busses, not private cars.

Fiat -> FCA -> Stellantis - Filosofia su una holding multinazionale
I'd think most money for DS went into the interiors, which are really more premium – if you like the style or not. I don't understand votes to kill Vauxhall or Chrysler. Vauxhall is just a local badge without overlap to make it a home brand for UK. Chrysler is one of only two STLA "mainstream" car brands in North America and there should be more than enough room for it. It simply needs product. If Lancia survives, I'd expect it to be the local DS version for some markets (if that survives on its own). To succeed as a brand alone, there's no business case for it if you don't pump billions over decades into it.

[Fotoritocco] Alfa Romeo Tonale & Dodge Hornet
Not everything that appears like a frame on the leaked graphic is a frame. Much of it is exaggerated light edges. Just look how current Alfas appear on the dashboard screens. The Tonale front might appear more flat/homogeneous in real life. I love the aluminium bars, want them on the Junior as well!

STELLANTIS - 1.6 EP6 Gen3 EVT Full Hybrid
I hope we see the 1.6 FHEV in Europe soon, down to sporty B segment. Are we sure the base engine is the same "Gen3" as in the European PHEV? Pictures of American STLA factories always look like a mess compared to European ones.

Alfa Romeo Tonale Facelift 2026 (LEAK)
I think this might be a good change. While the original Tonale front looks beautiful, the car needs some spice. I hope the rear becomes sharper as well. Don't know if it's possible to make the interior more Alfa-like, less bread-and-butter. And if you like the wheels or not – at least they offer something new. You can always switch to existing wheels. At last they invest in some facelift. Last we got (except coloured lines and LED lights) was the Mito bumper (that came too late). Last bigger facelifts were 156/147/166, right?

Fiat Grande Panda 2024
My colleague got her GP Ibrida La Prima in lemon yellow yesterday. She was the 2nd (ibrida?) delivery by the dealer. I inspected this morning. Really well done, nice car for the segment. Great street presence, at least in that colour! She's over the moon with it, after driving a black Panda 1.2 for 10 years. She only wants 2nd boot floor/box when available, because it goes down really deep.

Opel Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo Concept 2025
So what does it show us? For sure: Upcoming light design with "compass" stripes in four directions and two 3D boxes at the end. Indications: STLA Small very flexible in dimensions, 82 kWh battery, electric AWD.

Il futuro dei siti produttivi Stellantis
You can't blame Stellantis for that. Giulietta, Renegade, Fiat B-segment — all should have had successors in development long before Stellantis was born. FCA decided against it in the 2010s. I remember that they also announced to give up A segment. It's not the fault of "the French". You can blame Stellantis for the big bet on BEV without a plan B (hybrids) in time. Others like Porsche did the same mistake but it's easier to handle from a strong position.

Opel Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo Concept 2025
I'd think it's a concept for the next Corsa. The car row from 1:00 is all Corsas. Edit: I just watched with sound. They clearly talk about a Corsa concept. No need to guess. 😁

I prossimi modelli Opel/Vauxhall
I don't believe Astra is going to Pomigliano. Maybe a niche variant, but not the main hatchback/wagon. Some compact coupè/crossover. Where did that story come from at all? Building the core models in Germany is way too important for the brand image and political backup. I just read a recent interview with CEO Huettl who pointed out the importance. And Opel/Stellantis is just in the process to rebuild their German head office and 30,000 sqm R&D as a "Green Campus" in Rüsselsheim.

secondo me no brand should leave opportunities to protect Lancia. Lancia is almost Italy only with tiny sales, future has to be seen. Apart from that Opel's style center is in Rüsselsheim, not Turin — so maybe the design teams can't crib so much like in Officina '83.
