    I think that diesel may be back but only as MHEV. CO2 reduction killed it but IMO there is not better choice for motorway driving. It was developed by GM Powertrain Torino. It's already in use in Silverado.

    No, it does not. 2.2 on the Cherokee is not aluminum one. Actually it's not what they want but what's in the line with CO2 reduction. Believe both car makers and customers would like to take 2.0 diesel with AWD. What is Euro 7?

    No! Under US law MY22 can build be from 1.1.2021. through 31.12.2022. Actually as far as I remember current Jeep Cherokee KL has skipped one entire model year. Pre-restyle model was MY17 while Cherokee MCA was launched in January 2018 and went on sale as MY19.

    Just to make it clear. This product from clutch is not a DCT. It's a cost cutting solution like almost anything which comes from PSA. Actually this transmission has a single clutch.

    Who knows... I presume that P2 MHEV technology will be mated to both 1.0 and 1.5 liter engines. I'm not fan of a small 1.0. Smaller doesn't mean better fuel economy. This new Magna hybrid DCT is non other than ex-Getrag.

    I think that we may see return of the 4x4 with MCA. Or are there all in with CO2 reduction? Still MCA should bring Full LED, Uconnect 5 and P2 MHEV.
