The lightweight new aluminium engine – 33kg lighter than the four-cylinder – delivers strong performance and refinement with low levels of friction which contribute to excellent efficiency and fuel consumption. During steady state cruising, the setup disengages the AWD system, sending power only to the front axle, delivering increased fuel efficiency. Exclusive to the 300 SPORT, Jaguar’s second-generation Active Driveline AWD system delivers accomplished all-wheel traction with trademark dynamic capability. Like the Standard Driveline setup, the Active Driveline AWD system is able to transfer torque between the front and rear axles. Further to this, at the rear axle, two independent electronically-controlled wet-plate clutches are able to distribute torque across the rear wheels, with the capability to direct 100 per cent of that torque to either rear wheel in 100 milliseconds (0.1 seconds). Volkswagen presenta la nuova Tiguan 2020: la cosa che subito balza all'occhio sono i nuovi fari, ora più stretti , sulla scia dell'ottava generazione della Golf, con una nuova luce a LED che si integra visivamente con le nuove strisce di griglia più sottili. I fari, con tecnologia opzionale Matrix LED "IQ Light" , presentano anche l'appendice che si estende alle alette anteriori , un dettaglio ereditato dalla Volkswagen T6.1 Bulli. Il paraurti dispone anche un nuovo design e le aperture laterali a forma di "C" possono essere o in tinta con la carrozzeria o nere con l'allestimento R-Line Sport. Dietro, la Volkswagen mantiene la forma originale dei gruppi ottici, anche se lancia una nuova firma luminosa grazie all'utilizzo di fari con tecnologia LED standard. Il nome del modello è stato spostato , ora sotto il logo e il design sul lato inferiore del paraurti, con falsi scarichi integrati nel paraurti. All'interno, presenta anche importanti innovazioni: il quadro strumenti digitale è di 10 pollici (optional), il volante ha un nuovo design, più sportivo ed i suoi comandi multifunzione sono ora tattili. Il motore è 2.0 litri TSI da 320 CV abbinato al cambio a doppia frizione a 7 rapporti. Per i più audaci, viene offerta la possibilità di montare un sistema di scarico firmato da Akrapovič . Sul lato dinamico, il sistema di trazione integrale 4Motion aggiunge una funzione di distribuzione della coppia variabile tra i due assi e tra le ruote posteriori sinistra e destra. Dopo la presentazione della SRT, si aggiorna anche la versione "civile" della Dodge Durango, che in queste prime immagini è in allestimento R/T e Citadel. Giusto per dare un po’ di ordine nella sezione Cadillac, a voi il thread mancante (so che molti non si strapperanno le vesti) della XT5 Facelift, presentata mesi fa. Il SUV medio presenta nuovi paraurti, una nuova calandra ed i proiettori IntelliBeam LED come standard. All’interno modifiche alla plancia, sistema infotainment aggiornato e numerose nuove scelte per materiali ed abbinamenti. In America (ancora non è certo il come back europeo) verrà proposta con il nuovo 2.0 Turbo da 240 cv e cambio automatico a 9 rapporti o con l’immancabile 3.6 V6 da 314 cv. Primo muletto del facelift della Panamera di Porsche che dovrebbe debuttare a fine 2020. Quello che si "nota" è il nuovo design dei gruppi ottici anteriori (celati da una pellicola), mentre il posteriore è pesantemente camuffato nella zona del baule, così da simulare le luci sul portellone che sembrano non esserci.
