comincia ad addocchiare batterie di buona fattura (Alto Adige, Fiamm) e mettere via qualche soldino che dai sintomi sembra che sia "stufa" la batteria.

se torni dall'elettrauto fagli fare un giro a motore acceso e fari accesi con un tester delle batterie (non ricordo come si chiama giusto) per vedere se tiene la carica o no (dovrebbe stare sui 13-14v)

per la spia mi sembra strano anche a me, dovrebbe stare spenta sempre, tranne all'avvio.
