Carissimi amici,

a Febbraio scorso ho ricevuto lettera di richiamo da casa Produttrice per far revisionare tetto panoramico della mia Mitsubishi asx.

Ho portato vettura a Novelli di Genova, al ritiro della vettura mi sono accorto che hanno rovinato tutte le plastiche interne che coprono le guide dello scorrimento del tetto.

E' passato più di un' anno e la risposta di Novelli è stata che c'è un contenzioso con suo fornitore che ha eseguito intervento, e che ci sono altre vetture danneggiate. Secondo voi cosa devo fare?
