In molte città, neanche quella frase è corretta, visti i blocchi.

E tutto, per non affrontare alla radice il problema (le revisioni e i controlli su strada farsa).

IMHO basterebbe convertire il bollo d'auto in tassa di circolazione a scadenza bimestrale (in modo che se circoli paghi, se no, te la tieni nel garage e amen)

Per l'assicurazione invece, basta usufruire di quelle che si pagano a "KM" (se esistono pure da noi)

Ok, rimangono assicurazioni alte, però sono alte per tutti in IT...
