SINGAPORE : After a five-year absence, Fiat is making a return to the Singapore car market - with new showrooms and a new line of vehicles to attract first-time car buyers.

TTS Eurocars will be Fiat's new distributor in Singapore.

Targeting younger buyers, particularly the female drivers, the distributor believes it has got the right product - with entry level cars priced at $59,800 with Certificate of Entitlement.

The dealer is already off to a good start, having sold about 40 cars.

And it is confident of selling at least 400 in the first year of its re-launch.

There are now four models available at all four TSS showrooms, but the variety of models will soon grow to six
