un conto è fare un motore in lamborghini e poi "passarlo" addolcito all' Audi...un'altro è che il gruppo progetta un motore e lo "appiccica" a lamborghini e le altre auto del gruppo(questo è quello che ho capito io dalle tue parole)...c'è una discreta differenza
