La Autopareri Holding s.a. con sede in Luxembourg, scala la fiat auto spa.

E la divide in tante piccole spa, una per marchio, dirette con sinergia dagli apassionati dei rispettivi marchi.

Funzioni comuni e trasversali, confluite in una spa a parte, saranno le risorse umane, parte della ricerca e sviluppo e centro stile ed i servizi generali.
