Vedo che hai già risolto, comunque di solito insieme a photoshop c'è ImageReady.. Ctrl Shift M da photoshop o l'ultima icona in basso della barra degli strumenti, sempre di PS, e dovrebbe partire. il funzionamento è quello comune a tutti i programmi per creare gif animate con Timeline però con molte delle funzioni di photoshop..
