Sono arrivati a spiegartelo altri prima di me. Ti conviene fare un video magari inquadrando tachimetro e contagiri quando hai questo problema (magari fatti aiutare per le riprese...) cosi possiamo capire meglio.

Resta sempre valido il suggerimento di rivolgerti ad un meccanico onesto (purtroppo noto che il tuo grado di preparazione è basso, e su anomalie generiche che forse neanche esistono possono inventare quello che vogliono...) e fare un giro di prova.
