La città è vivibile (a parte che il centro vero è piccolissimo)...ma il traffico appena fuori è osceno a Mantova...

E i mantovani abitano in gran parte nella cintura Porto Mantovano, Cerese e frazioni di curtatone

un politico locale mi pare che una volta ha dichiarato che la viabilità della provincia di Mantova è " di epoca napoleonica"........

E' vero....

Verissimo, ma almeno 2 su 3 di queste sono comuni a sè.... la classifica ha solo i dati comunali

Facciamo un favore a questo mondo... Meno SUV, più 4C e Lotus...
