Credo che il problema non sia tanto la "pausa paglia" ma la pausa in sè...anche io spesso nelle pause esco con gli altri...non fumo ma faccio 4 chiacchere.

Andrebbe proprio eliminata la pausa

Se poi si elimina la pausa e si finisce prima sono doppiamente felice :lol:

Beh in azienda da me non si fuma e basta... semplice... no (oddio c'é chi va nei bagni della produzione :) :) come a scuola :) :))... per la pausa... beh ognuno se la prende quando vuole... sta ovviamente al buon senso della persona poi la durata... ma da me ne approfitta nessuno... tempo caffè, merendina e pisciatina...
