E' un format universale: Hangar x Audi, Acquario per VW. Stanno per essere sostituiti.

Sono strutture molto belle e tecniche, ma carissime. Molti dealers sono andati in difficoltà per pagarle (chiaramente fornitore unico, via VAG).

Fiat sta per inaugurare alcuni nuovi center in Europa con la nuova architettura. La strada è di averne sempre + uguali, di proprietà e privati. Ma sopratutto con i privati è difficilissimo: tra strutture esistenti magari in città e costi di realizzazione vs. redditività media del conce, difficile convincere l'imprenditori di turno a rifare la sua struttura investendo milioni...
