Considerando che essendo piatta non ha quasi nessun contributo aerodinamico e che ci hanno messo in cima un paio di tubi di pitot, che servono per misurare la velocità dell'aria, serve a valutare il comportamento aerodinamico della vettura.

In particolare, vista la posizione, credo possa dare indicazioni precise della velocità dell'aria non disturbata dalla vettura.

Chiaramente quel pinnone dovrebbe servire solo in fase di test.
