Salve, vorrei chiedere se le telecamere poste ai caselli autostradali posso essere usate per accertare delle contravvenzioni.

... si... possono essere usate anche per le contravvenzioni.

Se non ricordo male, ad esempio, con gli orari di ingresso e uscita, possono valutare se sfori i miniti, ma, onestamente, non ho mai sentito nessuno prendere un verbale tramite segnalazione delle telecamere telepass...

Non sono omologate come rilevatore di velocità tipo tutor. Sono per rilevare chi fa il furbo e si accoda dietro le auto col telepass e similari.
