acquistando un auto da privato e precisamente un auto del 2003 ho letto che x legge anche un privato è responsabile x un anno x eventuali difetti,è vero?c'è una legge in questione?posso chiedere i danni eventualmente?

ciao,secondo voi dopo 1 anno e mezzo che ho acquistato un auto da privato usata e aver riscontrato tutta una serie di problmi tipo alternatore KO x 2 volte perdite di acqua ovunque eora anche un corto circuito,secondo voi posso pretendere un rimborso di questo??:(r
