so che la questione è complessa e il peso delle auto è solo uno dei mille fattori in gioco, però non è possibile che chi ha un'auto da 1 tonnellata paghi le stesse tasse di una da 2 in un momento in cui anche la manutenzione minima delle infrastrutture è diventata un problema. sto esagerando volutamente, ma il senso è che il peso delle auto è cresciuto in modo spaventoso, ma noi siamo ancora alti e pesiamo uguali (forse forse è diminuita la massa della materia grigia, ma non è determinante).
