On 10 November 2014 Aston Martin CEO Dr Andy Palmer unveiled the stunning new Lagonda super saloon – the latest in a proud line of saloons revered worldwide as ‘the finest of fast cars’.Addressing an audience of media and VIP guests at the launch event in Dubai, Dr Palmer revealed that the Lagonda, will be known as the Lagonda Taraf in that market.

Based on the brand’s almost infinitely flexible VH architecture, the new saloon draws inspiration from the highly sought-after William Towns-designed Lagonda of 1976 and features many of the same cutting edge engineering techniques seen in modern Aston Martin sports cars such as the use of carbon fibre body panels.

It is hand-built by the finest craftsmen and women at Aston Martin’s manufacturing facilities in Gaydon, Warwickshire, in a dedicated building previously given over to the creation of the One-77 hypercar.

Grazie ad un ottimo successo mediatico, stanno pensando alla possibilità di rendere disponibile la Lagonda anche in altri mercati.

a me piace,anche se effettivamente quel colore non è che sia proprio il massimo.

"Non ti ho tradito, dico sul serio. Ero rimasto senza benzina, avevo una gomma a terra, non avevo i soldi per prendere il taxi, la tintoria non mi aveva portato il tait, c'era il funerale di mia madre, era crollata la casa, c'è stato un terremoto, una tremenda inondazione, le cavalette, non è stata colpa mia, lo giuro su Dio!!"

Stupenda, brutture comprese. Porta con classe e stile anche sproporzioni che su qualsiasi auto sarebbero agghiaccianti. Vera auto inglese a differenza della sciagurata e piaciona Jaguar d'oggigiorno.

Mi fan pena solo i rombi stilizzatati proposti all'interno. Le vecchie impunture a rombo hanno tutt'altro fascino e resa.

Pollice verso anche per i ridicoli scarichi sagomati o quant'altro siano quelle ridicole cromature in zona bassa paraurti posteriore... Finirà mai questa inutile e barocca moda...

Poi non so perché ma montante posteriore e volume di coda mi riportano in mente la Fulvia...
