Strano fischio dopo l'accensione E durante la marcia

Buongiorno a tutti oggi pomeriggio dopo l'accensione della mia Chrysler PT Cruiser 2200 turbo diesel, mi sono accorto di uno strano fischio che fa subito dopo l'accensione e anche durante la marcia, allego un video che ho appena fatto Dov'è il rumore si sente molto bene. La macchina è del 2004 e ha 285000 km L'unica cosa che devo sistemare sono le sospensioni. Sapresti dirmi cosa potrebbe essere, Ciao a tutti

Apri il cofano e prova a capire da dove viene il suono, dal video non si riesce ad avere direzionalità. Al limite fai un video anche del dentro, in particolare della zona cinghie.
