Detto ciò a vantaggio di chi andrebbe una decisione del genere? Fiat PowerTrain che fine farebbe? Anche quella a Parigi?

l'ipotesi di accordo parlerebbe di Fiat Group Automobiles si da una parte...ma questa stessa ipotesi da l'opzione a Fiat sdi offrire pure altri asset alla nuova societa'...per esempio se Fiat S.p.A. offre la sola FGA otterrebbe una quota tra il 41 e il 45% della new company...ma se invece offrisce per esempio FGA+FPT avrebbe la maggioranza assoluta dellla new co. dal momento che FGA+FPT vale piu' dell'intera PSA.

- pilot: ridurre rumorosità, vibrazioni, stress meccanico generati dalla main - Heritage

- pre-main: ridurre NOx - 5 dadi

- main: principale..... - Tre bocchette tonde

- post-main: ridurre PM10 - Quadrilatero

- last: favorire la rigenerazione del DPF
