ah ecco ... sulla 104 non mi ero informato a dovere visto che non e' urgente.

Quindi in ogni caso non c'e' esenzione ma iva al 4%.

L'8% di sconto a cui fai riferimento e' un dato ufficiale? Visto che qualcuno mi parlava prima di 13% ?!?

Sì,è un dato ufficiale:sulla Delta lo sconto è dell' 8% ed è praticato sul totale del prezzo vettura più gli eventuali optional al netto dell' iva. Poi sul prezzo ottenuto si applica l'iva al 4%.
