FIRST SKETCHES OF THE NEW ŠKODA KAROQ

 

The popular ŠKODA SUV is giving us a glimpse of its updated looks. Check out the first sketches and remind yourself of some of the adventures the KAROQ has been on.

 

A more striking front with a new, wider, hexagonal radiator grille, reworked LED headlights and lots of new technologies. These are the key innovations to be found in the modernised KAROQ, which will be unveiled in a digital premiere on November 30. 

The sketches give a glimpse of the design changes, especially for the headlights. The front lights are now slimmer and extend as far as the radiator grille. The new line of the daytime lights is now divided into two parts. Beneath it there is a second module for the fog lights or – in the top-of-the-range model – a separate LED module. This lights layout gives the car the characteristic “four-eyes” look.

The rear lights have kept ŠKODA’s hallmark C-shape design, but they too are more slender and accent the car’s width. Another new feature is the extended rear spoiler and redesigned bumper with a black diffusor. 

The KAROQ joined the ŠKODA family in 2017 as the smaller brother of the KODIAQ, which was also recently modernised. The KAROQ soon became a hit among customers. The SUV has also been the hero of lots of adventures.

Negli sketches tutte le auto sono belle, piene di modifiche nel caso dei restyling, basse, larghe, sportive... basta vedere quelli rilasciati a suo tempo per Rapid o quelli recenti per Slavia. Quindi finchè non vedo (la versione vera) non credo (e non ritratto i dubbi espressi) .

Beh si tratta di un restyling quindi a livello di proporzioni puoi tranquillamente prendere come riferimento il modello attuale con fari (anteriori e posteriori) e calandra nuova.

Questa immagine mi sa tanto ti photoshop sulla base dell'attuale, le luci diurne all'anteriore non sembrano corrispondere a quelle dello sketch che le vorrebbe con una virgola anche sul lato verticale esterno del faro ed anche il faro supplementare sotto come forma è quello dell'attuale mentre con il restyling dovrebbe essere con il bordo inferiore orizzontale e non discendente.
