spero di non aver cannato la sezione... in tal caso chiedo scusa ai mods.

Ho bisogno di un chiarimento: nel caso si comprasse una macchina per scaricarla dalle tasse di chi ha una partita iva, quella macchina deve necessariamente essere intestata a chi detiene la partita ed a suo unico uso e consumo?

La macchina la devi intestare a te stesso, però la possono usare anche altre persone, almeno che sull'assicurazione non hai la guida esclusiva
