No. Il divieto viene sempre esposto per tutti, ma gli impianti (relativamente) più recenti hanno un permesso che consente di parcheggiare al primo (e non oltre) piano interrato. ;)

Italia prendi esempio, a Ferrara siamo gia pronti per il futuro
