Opel corsa Ecoflex 75cv - Singhiozza a bassi giri?

Opel Corsa ECOFLEX 75cv 
E' da qualche giorno che andando a bassi regimi (tenendo premuto a pelo il pedale accelerazione) in 2, 3 e 4 marcia tipo sui 2000 giri circa, la macchina singhiozza/strattona/perde di potenza (2-3 colpi) 
All'inizio pensavo fosse il motore freddo, ma lo fa anche dopo una decina di km.. Cosa può essere? 
Se premo per bene il pedale dell'accelerazione invece, tutto normale
Valvola EGR cambiata 1 anno fa, ispezione fatta dalla Opel 1 mese fa(con conseguente cambio olio) e non ha presentato ulteriori problemi
Rigenerazioni completate regolarmente
