l'8 agosto 1975 viene firmato l'accordo con cui la Benelli acquisisce gran parte del pacchetto azionario della società e Alejandro De Tomaso, argentino, ex pilota (anche Maserati) diviene amministratore del Tridente.

siccome non era chiaro, non ne ero sicuro... grazie !!! Ho letto che De Tomaso è dovuto scappare da giovane dall'Argentina per le sue "idee" politiche e che veniva da una famiglia molto ricca... Se non sbaglio ci dovrebbe essere su omniauto un completo racconto sulla sua vita....
