Salve a tutti, non sò se questa è la sezione giusta, ma dato che qui si parla anche di legislazione ho creduto lo sia ;)

Il mio quesito è il seguente:

Dato che si vocifera a Roma una circolazione con targhe alterne, mi domandavo come riconoscere le "nuove targhe"...

Faccio un esempio: per la targa "AB 123 CD" è da considerarsi l'ultima cifra o l'ultima lettera?
