Io ho inteso che per road intenda proprio strada, non circuito...comunque vi lascio con i complotti e le ingiustizie, "io per me lo so" che AR ha costruito un' auto meravigliosa (parlo di Giulia in generale) e spero che ciò' sia riconosciuto senza necessita' di vittimismi.

You are correct, early in the development process of this car we did envision having a manual transmission on the Giulia QV in the US. However, as we have subsequently discovered, the automatic option is a far superior offering, much faster and much more responsive.

I realize that some drivers enjoy the connected feeling of a manual gear box. For this reason we have equipped the Giulia Automatic QV with paddle shifters that provide for an unfiltered driving experience, where the driver is in complete control of the gear shifting. While this may be of limited consolation to you, the paddle shifters are phenomenal and can create a very engaging experience. 

We anticipate Giulia’s to start arriving in US Dealerships this December. I would encourage you to give the car a try, in automatic mode and by using the paddle shifters, and decide for yourself. I think you will be impressed with what we have done. 

In the meantime, the plan right now is for Automatic only in the US, if something should change I will let you know.

direi che su strada giulia QV si adegua ai limiti vigenti come tutte le altre auto.

quindi credo possa sfogarsi su alcuni tratti autostradali tedeschi e basta

 

Googlando un pò, ho scoperto che lo ZF S6-53 è usato anche su Land Rover Discovery 3 & 4 e su Jaguar S-Type diesel.

 
A parte tutti i circuiti e tutte le strade, e non e' un opinione, a parte i tempi ufficiali a Nurburgring, basta vedere i riscontri di Quattroruote a Vairano, quelli di AlVolante proprio con C63 S AMG a Nurburgring e ciliegina sulla torta Chris Harris su A-Ring/Red Bull Ring che ha detto che Giulia Quadrifoglio risultava piu veloce di M4 GTS nel circuito austriaco....altroché C63 o C63 S AMG che e' nettamente più lenta in tutte le strade 
Dunque quel commento di Evo e' a dir poco senza senso, se non per fare un dispetto a Giulia Quadrifoglio. 

Sarebbe interessante avere i tempi sul giro nella pista austriaca.
