Beh c’è comunque da dire che Tav a capo di Alfa ha messo il suo delfino e per Lancia Napolitano però…

Inoltre han due piani completamente diversi per contenuti e segmenti.

Su qualcosa probabilmente saranno sullo stesso piano, ma vedremo… 

Sui numeri di vendita, Lancia in IT farà sempre più di AR… ma proprio per motivi di prezzo e segmenti in ballo.

Parlando solo di alfa comunque Tavares ha segato il restyling Giulia - Stelvio con phev e mhev ; ha ritardato lancio Tonale ; chissà cosa ci riserva sul b-uv e infine tutto quel che segue solo bev.

Now that Tavares has decided to postpone the project by a year, so that it won't be a Peugeot with Alfa badge: "WHY YOU LATE?!?!?!"

And they also think it's horrible that he decided to cancel the PHEV versions for 2 models that are almost already dead and spend that money in order to bring forward the launch of the all-new generation of those 2 dying models.

You know what ? An entire new generation of Giulia and Stelvio only bev is as useful to most Alfisti as a quadricycle with wooden wheels. 
Tonale was almost ready before he came - his only role was to make it poorer.

Bah… al momento son luci e ombre.

È un peccato per le due MCA, quello è indubbio, ma anche qui son ritardi su ritardi soprattutto del precedente management.

Se Tonale fosse uscita come prevista dal duo Kuniskis/Manley sarebbe stata veramente una Compass per motori ed handling. JPI ha chiesto un upgrade della PHEV e Tav alla prima guida l’ha schifata! 
Il ritardo, di 3 mesi non anni, han sicuramente avuto cause sulla spending review, ma anche sul lato “sport”.

Anche la B-UV è in pratica figlia di FCA.

Ragazzi i primi modelli made in Stellantis saranno le D su base Large…

Farei anche un piccolo appunto su Marchionne (ora beato, ma fino al 2018 qui si leggeva ben altro anche da chi ora ha si è scoperto fan)… ha sicuramente portato il progetto Giorgio e 4C, ma su Maserati meh, e poi ha rimandato il rimandabile…

Manley alla fine aveva solo una visione diversa su AR, ma sul resto ha proseguito quanto fatto Marchionne eh.

First, calm down. I wasn't referring only to you, but almost to the 90% of Alfisti.

 

Second, in 2025 the already huge demand for premium electric cars (just check the Model 3 figures) will be even bigger. So, the next-gen of Stelvio/GTV will be in the right place, at the right time. As you said yourself, the opinion that "an entire new generation of Giulia and Stelvio only bev is as useful to most Alfisti as a quadricycle with wooden wheels" is NOT the opinion of the general public, but the opinion of a handful of die-hard Alfisti fans. Guess which group is the one that Alfa should satisfy in order to make profit. Electrification has almost already become mainstream, and Alfa Romeo MUST board this train. If not, then in like 10 years it will either be dead or a niche brand with less than 20,000 cars sold per year. I mean, even Lotus, the niche brand of the niche brands, decided to go electric. Who else must announce its shift to electrification so that your little handful understands that that's the way forward? The Morgan 3-Wheelers?

 

Third, thanks to Imparato, Tonale got a more advanced PHEV version. If not for him, it would have had the exact same powertrain with the Jeep Compass

Alla fine il punto è sempre quello - la forzatura su bev only quando altri invece lasceranno la scelta ai clienti. Finché non parleranno del famoso piano B sul mantenimento di motorizzazioni almeno ibride, vedremo solo Giulia e Stelvio lasciate marcire uguali al 2017 (schermi a parte), Tonale sotto motorizzati e la piccola polacca con il 1.2.

Tesla is such a humongous success that it is less than 3% market share in the US … 🤣… Tesla is a success in the stock market, not in real life. Serious competition from BMW to the Japanese to the Koreans will let customers chose. Alfa , already a niche, will politely tell its existing customers to get lost and will try to recruit among Tesla customers its future ones. Good luck with that

Temo entro il 2030 la scelta sarà uguale per tutte le case, al di là dei proclami. 

Almeno lascerebbe lo spazio per una generazione ancora ibrida nel 2025 … non chiedo di più … con 3 Stelvio in casa mi ritengo abbastanza fanatico del modello

...sicuramente molto vero il tuo discorso con la scelta di qualche altri...ma qui per Alfa siamo ancora al punto dei mini volume della brand dove un gatto si morde della coda...con questi volumi non potresti realizzare due strade parallele, gia con sola una hai problemi di essere redditizio e decidersi oggi per un nuovo modello per 2026/27 per una strada ice senza bev sarebbe un suicidio.
