• To mark the centenary of its first participation in the most iconic of races, PEUGEOT announces an exclusive collaboration with the 24 Hours of Le Mans, set to release the PEUGEOT 24 Hours Le Mans edition.

• The PEUGEOT 24 Hours Le Mans edition will be available on the PEUGEOT 208, 308, 408, 3008, 5008.

Full powertrain line-up and technical specifications will be confirmed closer to the commercial launch, set to take place at next year’s edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Competition is embedded in PEUGEOT’s DNA. In 1894, PEUGEOT participated in the very first race in the history of motorsport, which was already an endurance race: Paris–Rouen. In 1926, PEUGEOT took part for the first time in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, in only its fourth edition.

100 years and three victories later, PEUGEOT remains a major player in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, with two PEUGEOT 9X8 cars entered in the top Hypercar category of the 2026 edition of this legendary race.

In celebration of 100 years since this first race, today, PEUGEOT and the 24 Hours of Le Mans are announcing an exclusive collaboration — a natural alliance driven by shared values and ambitions: innovation and technological boldness, endurance and perseverance, and the expression of French heritage and prestige.

Through this new partnership, PEUGEOT is celebrating the legend of the 24 Hours of Le Mans with a PEUGEOT 24 HOURS OF LE MANS special edition.

The PEUGEOT 24 HOURS OF LE MANS special edition, will offer all PEUGEOT customers the choice and motoring experience that truly suits them. It will be available on the PEUGEOT 208, 308, 408, 3008, 5008. With full powertrain line-up and technical specifications to be confirmed closer to the commercial launch, at next year’s edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

The PEUGEOT 24 HOURS OF LE MANS special edition will feature a unique design that elevates the distinctive sporty French character of PEUGEOT even further, combining deep, elegant black with the signature blue of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The particularly refined finish and comprehensive specification will be based on the GT trim.

With this new special edition, PEUGEOT is once again demonstrating that it takes driving pleasure seriously allowing its customers to experience this in all its forms.

Al Salone di Parigi non verrà più portata la nuova e-208 ma Peugeot porterà due concept inediti. Favey ha anche confermato durante un punto con la stampa che i modelli realizzati in collaborazione con Dongfeng non saranno esclusivi del mercato cinese ma non arriveranno in Europa

Quindi non arriverà quella bella Shooting brake? 😢

E già smentiscono le slide di filo sa di un mese fa 🙄. Quindi l’alto di gamma Peugeot resta la 5008. Molto inspirational.

Poi i deliri di Favey sul fatto che l’elettrico va benissimo e manco serve un full hybrid meriterebbero una vacanza permanente a fianco degli amichetti Tavares e imparato.

Non li definirei deliri, al pari della sparata di Thorel su "nessuno guarda i TAEG quando si compra" o JPI che ha malamente cercato di imbellettare le Alfa EV, fanno il loro lavoro. Ossia giustificare e pontificare su scelte che non sono nemmeno loro decisioni.

Diciamo che vuole dire che anche dopo aver buttato via 22 miliardi di euro ci sono ancora dei capi marchio francesi che insistono con full bev ecc. Ma Filosa comanda si o no ?

Ma che domanda è, ma certo che comanda. Favey semplicemente cerca di salvare la facciata, secondo te nelle interviste deve andare a dire "scusate ma i vecchi capi sono stati dei minchioni ad aver scommesso sul BEV e a non aver sviluppato nuovi pwt ibridi"? No, semplicemente racconterà che è tutto rose e fiori anche quando non è così ed in realtà è in atto una costosa retromarcia.

Anche se è un AD rimane un venditore a cui vengono imposti modelli e pwt dall'alto come tutti gli AD. Ed il suo lavoro è vendere in tutti i modi il brand Peugeot.
