Noi c'abbiamo la Lancia Flaminia o la Maserati Quattroporte. In Francia, les nouvelle president Nicolas Sarkozy ha scelto una Peugeot 607 semi-CC. Denominata Paladine, la versione presidenziale della berlina della casa del Leone, utilizza la medesima tecnologia delle 207 cc e 307 cc.

Mediante un meccanismo ad hoc il volume posteriore si rivela, in realtà, un tetto rigido ripiegabile che viene alloggiato nel baule trasformando la vettura in una cabriolet.
