Aggiornamenti ed affinamenti aerodinamici per l'A350: si va dal design delle winglet, passano per quello del punto d'attacco del pilone motore, alle "canoe" dei flap. 

 

Il carrello frontale è quello del 350-1000, per garantire un peso al decollo superiore, mentre il carrello principale ha ricevuto aggiornamenti ad alcune componenti per supportare meglio le sollecitazioni a fatica. 

 

Alleggerimenti vari poi, sostituendo alcune componenti metalliche con parti in carbonio o realizzate in fibra di carbonio rinforzata con polimero.

Intanto aumentano i veicoli a terra, vista la poca esperienza con i materiali usati, è comprensibile la paura delle compagnie

Non una cosa simpatica, oltre a perdere gli ordini, s'innesca un danno d'immagine di cui avrebbero fatto volentieri a meno
