BMW Serie 1 Compactive Tourer (GT o F.A.S.T): Piattaforma UKL modulare. Debutto 2012, trazione anteriore o integrale. Prima vettura MPV di BMW.

Gamma motori uguale a quella della Serie 1 F20 (si prenderà la sigla sDrive), tranne le versioni top quali il 6L da 326 CV ed il biturbo 2.0 litri a gasolio da 224 CV

Poco realistica secondo me: rispetto ai muli ha il muso più lungo e le ruote anteriori più avanzate, da TP insomma, mentre sul mulo si nota chiaramente la ruota anteriore a ridosso dello sportello come in quasi tutte le TA
